1st & 2nd July 2023 – ArtStories have done it again with another amazing community art mural with the residents of Bukit Batok East.

The mural designed by one of our artists – Kaehana, represents a healthy lifestyle of diet and exercise for Seniors with Diabetes. The bright and vibrant colors are easily seen from afar and boldly expressed.

It was a full two days of painting from 9am in the morning till 6pm in the evening! We could not have possibly completed the mural without the assistance of several children, adults and seniors who were equally joyful with the experience.

On the 2nd of July, Minister Rahayu Mahzam even visited us at the site and painted with us! She was a delight to have! She also celebrate birthdays of residents born in June and July! Amazing! As my birthday as on 28th of June, I joined in the celebration as well! We had to eat two cakes!
