At Taman Jurong Community Centre, members enjoyed a fun and creative workshop where they had the opportunity to make finger puppets using colorful felt fabric and shape their favorite figurines with air-dry clay.
The room was filled with excitement as participants eagerly cut and stitched the felt into little characters, adding vibrant details with fabric markers, buttons, and other materials. Some crafted animals, while others made playful characters or fantastical creatures, each one a unique expression of their imagination.
At the same time, others focused on the art of sculpting with air-dry clay, shaping figurines of their favorite animals, superheroes, or even personalized designs.
The tactile experience of molding the clay allowed members to explore their artistic skills while bringing their ideas to life. The atmosphere was lively and collaborative, with everyone exchanging tips and encouraging each other.
The workshop fostered a sense of community as members bonded over their shared love of crafting, leaving the session not only with new skills but also with a sense of accomplishment and pride in their creative creations.
