My Body & Me! Preschools June Art Programme

Preschoolers thrive when learning is interactive and playful, making arts and crafts a wonderful way to explore body parts. Using materials such as pipe cleaners, wires, and Styrofoam, children are able to construct simple representations of the human body, turning abstract concepts into hands-on experiences.

These activities not only support their understanding of anatomy but also enhance fine motor skills, coordination, and creativity. By engaging in tactile, open-ended projects, young learners become more curious and confident in exploring how their bodies work.

This enjoyable and educational experience was made even more special thanks to the enthusiastic participation of children from Skool4Kids @ Bedok Ping Yi, E-Bridge Telok Blangah Preschool, and Sparkletots Geylang Serai, whose imagination and energy brought the learning to life.

Special thanks to the dedicated teachers from these centres for guiding the children with such patience, encouragement, and creativity throughout the activity.
