We were invited by Adventist Nursing Home to conduct our Painting Programme with their residents. We were thrilled at this opportunity as it allows ArtStories to further strengthen our bond and improve our connection with the Seniors of Singapore through the Arts.
Throughout the 8 week session, these seniors got a first hand experience in painting various mediums and experimented with different styles of painting forms; from acrylic pour painting to stained glass art painting, lantern painting for Mid-Autumn Festival celebration and even Chinese Ink Painting of bamboos and pandas.
These seniors expressed their creativity and emotions through the arts and have asked us to come back to teach them again. We sincerely wish to come back year after year to bring the seniors joy and happiness in their Golden Years.
