7 December 2020 – Manga Art Workshop is really fun as the participants get to learn basic portrait and figure drawing techniques in dry medium. Held at Singapore Polo Club, this workshop is for their members only.
They had fun drawing their own manga character too and enjoying the process of learning
Oct/Nov 2020 – I am featured on Clean Green Singapore’s Youtube Channel where I present six different ways to upcycle unwanted and old items and turn them into functional items!
I also had special guest stars; Singaporean Actresses Nurul Aini & Eswari Gunasagar to join me in creating some of these crafts!
Crafts I made: Upcycled Bottle Planter With Eswari Gunasagar, Upcycled T-Shirt Totebag with Nurul Aini, Plastic Sheet Mask Holder, Upcycled glass bottle into Stained Glass Lamp, T-Shirt Coasters, Gift Bags made from unwanted papers!
Do watch the videos below and join me in creating a Clean Green Sg!
2 November to 25 November 2020 – We had 8 sessions of fun with a Preschool in Yishun! The children learnt how to create their own Portrait drawing and role-playing dressing up as characters they want to be when they grow up! Some of their drawings are pretty comical!
We had children who wanted to be gardeners, doctors, policeman, athletes and even a teacher like us! We used crayons and watercolour to complete the artwork!
20th & 27th August 2020 – With the lift of the Circuit Break and into Phrase 2, schools could resume back some group activities so long as safe-distancing measures are implemented and ArtStories was invited back to conduct a 2 day Origami Workshop for their students! Hurray!!!
However, we did not manage to take photos of the students and their creations but rest assured, all the students managed to finish their Origami Stationary Pen Holder, Box and some had time to fold a Rose too!
Here are some samples of the Origami works we taught the students!
