6th September – Instrument making workshop with Yio Chu Kang Primary School to a class of 36 students from various CCAs.

The school wanted ArtStories to create a musical experience so I suggested making drums, tambourine and shakers and a 40min learning session on how to play with the DIY instruments and percussive rhythms. I robbed in my music friend, Valerie Chong to conduct the playing session while Gerald Tay and I worked on creating the music instruments.

The students played to Chan Mali Chan and Rasa Sayang.
