23rd Feb 2018 – ArtStories brought our popular String Art workshop to Ministry of Home Affairs where we taught 110 participants to create a Chinese New Year theme string art work.
Participants tackled with hammers, strings and nails to create their new year design on a wooden board. Some familiar Chinese New Year icons such as the Dog (year of the dog), pineapple, chinese lantern and doll faces were the popular choices.
Participants were also treated to a present sponsored by their department for being the top 7 whose designs stood out from most!
