Month of August – ArtStories worked with PassionArt Festival for an amazing light festival organised by Nee Soon Central District in the whole month of August!

We conducted four different workshop sessions with students, members of the public and volunteers to create a large scale installation consisting of 52 lighted sparkleballs!

Sparkleball was inspired by the disco ball from the 70’s and made into a diy craft item by families across America to celebrate X’mas. We made sparkleball like an installation art piece instead and still had many eyes of delight as we taught the participants to piece together plastic cups and string fairy lights and led lights into the piece.

The resulting effect of the installation is both mesmerising and impressive! Just look at the happiness on their faces and ArtStories artists as we celebrate the opening with ur fancy poses!
