7th June 2019 – Changi Simei CC invited me to conduct the Paper Quilling class to their group of regulars and they had so much fun learning new craft making.

I always encourage my participants to do things out of the box and to explore the medium rather than relying on templates which many Paper Quillers will use. I prefer that they explore what they can achieve from the basic techniques that I have taught them and move on to creating and finding ways to express their thoughts.

The parent-child combo worked really well and it was heartening to see how engaging their mums were with their children and teaching them basic life values in an art workshop.

The learning never stops and it will only continue to grow more.
