25th Nov 2019 – ArtStories collaborated with Singapore Recreation Club for the holiday special workshop. This time we got together and made Santa Claus clay figurine!
A simple 2 hr workshop covering the basic shapes for clay figurine making and then creating our own figurines!
Clay is such a great material for children to pick up on, it exercises their creativity, allowing them to express an idea by shaping and forming and therefore also improving their motor-skills and coordination skills. I always encourage children to play with clay as much as they can!
Here are their pictures from the workshop! The youngest child was only 4 years old!
