Stories from the Community

Over the course of eight exhilarating weeks, the Bedok Bougainvillea Residents’ Committee was thrilled to invite Jacquelyn to lead an inspirational Mixed-Media Children’s Art Class that combined creativity and narrative into one unique experience! Students were immersed in an imaginative world every week as they created original stories with distinctive characters, vibrant locations, and engrossing narratives.

Using a range of mixed-media techniques, including collage, painting, and texture-building, the kids developed their ability to visually convey their thoughts and make their stories come to life. The young artists displayed their work with pride. In addition to honing their artistic abilities, the program promoted creativity, storytelling, and self-expression in a lighthearted yet meaningful way.
