ArtStories had the privilege of being invited by the staff of Assisi Hospice to conduct a wellness art & craft workshop for their staff members. Recognizing the intense emotional and physical demands placed on healthcare professionals, this session was designed as a sanctuary for self-expression and mental rejuvenation.
The centerpiece of our workshop was creating intricate DIY mini dreamcatchers using metal loops, strings, feathers, beads, and other decorative items. Dreamcatchers traditionally symbolize protection and positive energy; these handcrafted pieces served as a perfect metaphor for the peace and mindfulness we aimed to cultivate for the staff of Assisi Hospice.
