19th June 2019 – I love Paper Rolling. I realised I might just keep continuing this artform to create new artworks of my own.
I need time to devote to my own practice. I should set up some time to hone this craft!
Well, I also enjoy teaching people how to do this so here we go again, I was at Kallang Cc to teach Paper Quilling to interested participants and was glad that some of my students from previous workshop came to partake in this class.
Most students have trouble to roll the paper in a proper alignment but with every new skill that we learn, we must be patient and kind to ourselves, trusting that we would be able to handle the difficulties and challenges that the new task will bring. Most of my students are expressive and are able to relate their imagination onto paper. Here are some of their funny works!
