August – September 2023

ArtStories was invited by Joo Chiat CCAC Team to design and create an Art Installation related to their heritage and history. Jacquelyn designed a simple cardboard house installation that can be easily painted by residents and volunteers who have also been invited to co-create the artwork.

A sincere thanks to the committee members of Joo Chiat/Marine Parade and the students from Haig Girls & Victoria Junior College for their time in helping to create the artwork. We have worked diligently for the past weeks putting the Art Installation together.

Ministers Vivian Balakrishna and Dr Tan See Leng also helped to paint a part of the Peranakan Tile for the installation.

These are fond memories to be shared and remembered.
